More than ten years ago, a simple observation sparked an idea: one of the most common injuries among dancers and athletes involves the hamstrings. Despite being constantly engaged during movement, performance, and training, the hamstrings often cool down more quickly than other muscle groups, leaving them vulnerable to strain and injury. Recognizing this challenge, I set out to develop a practical solution that would help performers and athletes protect one of their most essential muscle groups.

Our mission is to enhance performance, support injury prevention, and promote longevity in movement through innovative apparel designed with the needs of dancers and athletes in mind. By combining functional design with an understanding of human movement, we created a specialized pair of shorts featuring a strategically placed neoprene panel positioned at the upper hamstring. This targeted support helps retain warmth where it is needed most, keeping the muscle prepared for the demands of continuous activity.

We believe that performance begins with preparation and that prevention is just as important as recovery. Our goal is to empower dancers, athletes, and active individuals with apparel that works alongside the body, helping them move with greater confidence, comfort, and resilience. Through thoughtful innovation and a commitment to supporting movement, we strive to reduce injury risk, improve readiness, and help individuals perform at their highest potential every day.
